Happy Sunday! Today’s a fun color challenge from Can You Case It? I think this Irresistibly Floral Designer Series Paper makes card backgrounds a breeze! I sponged the background in pacific point (blue), Bermuda bay (turquoise), and Cucumber Crush (Lime) .
I also stamped the swordfish in the From Land To Sea stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Sponged it in the 3 colors I used on the background and fussy cut it out. Before I mounted it, I decided to trace the black outline to make it pop more, and I added some white dotted accents using my Signo Uniball Gel pen.
I used some whisper white twine behind my swordfish and mounted it to the left of my white embossed sentiment .I used the sentiment from the Flourishing Phrases stamp set which is a great all around stamp set. It has both outside and coordinating inside sentiments.
I hope you enjoyed my card.

Such a fabulous card. The colors of the swordfish are so bold against the dotted background – he really stands out! And I love the vellum layer.
